| 摘 要： | 探讨了７种深海鲨鱼的角鲨烯含量。这几种深海鲨鱼的肝脏约占体重的２０％，肝脏中油脂含量大部分超过５０％，有些达到８０％以上。肝油中角鲨烯的含量与鱼种及个体特性有关，但一般超过５０％。介绍了角鲨烯、角鲨烷的制备方法。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the amount of squalene in 7 deepwater sharks was discussed. In mo st of deepwater sharks, liver makes up around 20 percent of the total body weigh t. The liver of most of these sharks contains over 50 percent oil; some of them over 80 percent. The amount of squalene varied for individuals and species, but generally it was over 50 percent by weight. The preparation methods of squalene and squalane was also discussed. |
