| 摘 要： | 本文描述了南麂列岛附近海域中各类细菌的数量分布状况及其与环境之间的关系，现场调查和实验结果表明：该海区氨化细菌数量极高，对水化学的变化起了重要作用；在所设的站位中有８０％的站位可以检出石油降解细菌；而大肠菌群几乎没有检出。

| Abstract: | The investigations on abundance and eco-physiological activity of various categories of bacteria sampled at the surface water nearby the Nanji Islands off Zhejiang,and on the relations with the environmental factors have been carried out in April and october 1990.The results obtained showed that the abundance of ammonifying bacteria was very high and it played an important role in the variation of aquatic chemical characteristics.The detectable rate of the oil-degradable bacteria was also high and detected at 80% of the sampled stations,while the coliform bacteria was only detected at one station. |
