| 摘 要： | 根据海蜇的产卵习性,进行了两种不同方法的人工授精实验。结果证明:海蛰是可以进行人工授精的,受精后孵化率与受精时间有关,受精卵发育成浮浪幼虫后,能正常变态附着为螅状体。

| Abstract: | Jellyfish was fertilized artificially in and out of water. The fertilized eggs sampled 1.5 hours before and after spawing showed a hated rate of over 70% for the jellyfish which fertilization had taken place in water. It decreased to 11.2% 3 hour after spawing. For the jellyfish fertilized eggs 0.5 hours before and 2.5 hours after spawing was over 70% and it dropped to 29.7% 3.5 hours after spawing.
The planulae that formed from fertilized eggs could attach easily change to scyphistoma. |
