2006—2007年夏、冬季浙东海域叶绿素a分布特征及其环境影响因子

摘    要:为更清楚了解浙东海域浮游植物的初级生产力情况,于2006年8月(夏季)和2007年1月(冬季)在浙东海域28°00′~30°00′N、122°00′~127°30′E设置了3条调查断面,共布设25个观测站位,现场采用荧光连续法对叶绿素a进行测定,初步研究了该海域叶绿素a的空间分布特征,并探讨了水体温度、营养盐和浊度对叶绿素a分布的影响。结果表明:夏季,叶绿素a分布趋势为近岸(平均质量浓度为2.01μg/L)>外海(平均质量浓度为0.52μg/L),其主要垂直分布类型为递增型、递减型和单峰型;冬季,叶绿素a分布趋势为外海(平均质量浓度为0.50μg/L)>近岸(平均质量浓度为0.33μg/L),主要垂直分布类型为递增型、均匀型、单峰型和双峰型。夏季调查海域浮游植物叶绿素a平均质量浓度为0.93μg/L,明显高于冬季(0.46μg/L)。温度、营养盐和浊度是影响研究区夏、冬季叶绿素a分布的主要环境因子。

Distribution of chlorophyll a and its environmental impact factors in the sea off Zhejiang in summer and winter from 2006 to 2007

Abstract:Based on chlorophyll a data from 25 stations in the sea off Zhejiang(28°00′~30°00′N、122°00′~127°30′E) in August 2006 and January 2007,a preliminary study was made on the distribution of chlorophyll a,and the influence of seawater temperature,nutrient and turbidity on the distribution is discussed.In summer,the vertical distribution were mainly three types of increasing type,descending type,and single peak type,while that in winter were mainly increasing type,uniformity type,single peak type and double peaks type.According to the sectional distribution of chlorophyll a,its mass concentration is high near shore and low offshore in summer,and it is on the contrary in winter.Analysis shows that in summer,owing to the high content of nutrients from Hangzhou Bay and Zhejiang alongshore current,the phytoplankton resulted in areas of high chlorophyll a value in the surface layer,and very high value(>2.0 μg/L) occurred near the nearshore stations on all sections especially on section A.In winter,because of the high turbidity,no high chlorophyll a value occurred in coastal stations,which indicates that the turbidity is a limiting factor for phytoplankton growth.At the same time,owing to the rich nutrients carried by the surface water of the northward Taiwan Warm Current(TWC),waters of high chlorophyll a value occurred in the middle and upper layers of the open sea where the turbidity was in low level.In winter,the northward surface water of the TWC was the strongest in force and biggest in thickness,the nutrients supply was rather sufficient in the mid and upper layers,and the turbidity was low at offshore stations with good illumination,therefore,the temperature became the main influence factor of the chlorophyll a distribution.The nearshore chlorophyll a distribution at three sections in summer showed that owing to the influence of Hangzhou Bay and Zhejiang alongshore current,station Α1 was abundant in nutrients,but the turbidity of the water mass increased with depth and became the main limiting factor for chlorophyll a,which resulted in its gradual decrease from the surface layer to the bottom layer,but a high chlorophyll a value maintained in the whole vertical range of station Α1.Though sections B and C were influenced by abundant nutrients carried by the alongshore current and upwelling TWC deep water,the growth of phytoplankton was restricted by higher temperature of the surface water,therefore the maximum mass concentration of chlorophyll a occurred in the middle and upper layers with suitable temperature.In winter,the low nearshore surface water temperature restricted the growth of phytoplankton,and the temperature in the middle and lower layers became a major limiting factor for the growth of phytoplankton,so the chlorophyll a mass concentration became higher and higher from the surface to the bottom.In summary,in summer,because of the abundant nutrients from the alongshore diluted water and suitable temperature and illumination,the chlorophyll a mass concentration in coastal waters was higher than that in the open sea(the average mass concentration in the coastal sea was 2.01 μg/L,while that in the open sea was 0.52 μg/L).In winter,as the influence of the alongshore diluted water decreased,and under the influence of the TWC surface water,the chlorophyll a mass concentration in the open sea was higher than in the coastal sea(the average mass concentration in the coastal sea was 0.33 μg/L,while that in the open sea was 0.50 μg/L).Moreover,in summer,due to the proper water temperature and abundant nutrients,the phytoplankton bloomed,while in winter,the low water temperature limited the growth of phytoplankton,therefore,the mass concentration of chlorophyll a in summer was higher than in winter(the average mass concentration in summer was 0.93 μg/L,and that in winter was 0.46 μg/L).
