| 摘 要： | 综述了近年来硬骨鱼类精子发生及精子形成方面的研究进展 ,指出应用硬骨鱼类精子发生及精子形成的特征可以系统研究鱼类的系统演化 ,对精子超微结构以及精子表面大分子物质的三维结构的比较研究 ,在鱼类进化生物学研究中具有广阔的应用前景。 |

| Abstract: | The studies on spermatogenesis and spermiogenesis of teleost in recent years are reviewed in the present paper. It is pointed out that the characteristics of spermatogenesis and spermiogenesis can be used to study phylogenetic devlopment of teleost,and that the comparative study of spem ultrastructure and the three\|dimensional structure of big molecules on the sperm\'s surface of different species has a broad prospective application in the study on evolutionary biology of teleost |
