奉化江中心城区段二维动床水流泥沙数值模型的求解及应用

摘    要:根据感潮河段的水力特性,以奉化江中心城区段为例,建立一套完善的二维动床水流泥沙数值模型,对其建立和求解的基本思路进行了叙述,研究分析感潮河道的河势演变情况和冲淤变化,预测涉河工程建成后河段可能的演变趋势和对取排水工程、堤防安全、防汛抢险、现有和规划的防洪标准及水利工程的影响。本模型经过多次实测涨、落潮验证后,分别在奉化江解放南路桥、绕城高速公路跨奉化江大桥等5处洪水影响评估中得到了广泛应用和验证,在惊架桥洪水评估中同时采用物理模型对本模型进行验证,两者结果非常接近。本模型可以为水利部门评估涉河工程提供咨询服务。

Abstract:With the development of the socio-economy and improvement of the flood control system and people's consciousness of environmental issues,the function of the river,as an important part of a city's infrastructure,is changing from previous flood propagation,storm drainage and shipping to a comprehensive system composed of flood control,traffic,ecology and tourism,which plays an important role in the sustainable development and enhancement of the competitiveness of the city.The water structure and sediment movement in the channel is one of the significant topics of study in the sustainable development of the city.Faster urbanization brings about lots of challenges for the channel improvement.Firstly,a large amount of river work has significant effect on the whole river including scouring and silting,flood propagation,storm drainage,and the stability of the river regime.Secondly,pollutant discharge has impact on the water quality,and sewage discharge index,discharge area and dilution and self-purification by the river flow itself under this index should be considered in the city planning. Thirdly,the salt water intrusion resulted from seawater downdraught caused by excessive pumping upstream would threaten the ecological environment and the residents' drinking water downstream near the estuarine area.So a good understanding of the flow condition of the river is very essential.With the central city part of the Fenghuajiang River as an example,a complete set of 2D mathematical model is built up for analyzing the evolution of the river regime and variation of scouring and silting of the tidal channel and predicting the possible change of the channel resulted from the completion of river engineering projects and their effects on drafting and discharging projects,embankment security,flood control and present or planned flood control standard and water projects,and to provide consults for the water conservancy authorities to evaluate water projects.
