日照港工程对海水环境影响的数值预测

摘    要:日照港位于山东省南部日照市石臼湾畔,濒临南黄海,港域开阔水深,常年不冻,又无淤积之患,,陆域西通中原和欧亚大陆,是一个不可多得的天然良港。石臼湾水深由西向东逐渐加深,离岸3km处的最大水深即达10m以上,平均水深也在6-8m之间。湾内无大径流注入,几条季节性小河兼作工业废水和生活污水的排放沟,流量为500t/d,其中COD含量约为100mg/L。 日照港始建于1979年,一期工程由万平口向南,建成开敝式深水栈桥煤炭专用码头。栈桥墩对海水动力条件改变很小,所以对湾内海水物理自净能力的影响甚微。二期工程以后,码头全选用重力式结构。正在建设中的东港区码头又位于石臼湾中间,将海湾西部海岸与外海隔开,破坏了原来湾内的海水动力环境、使石臼镇的工业废水和生活污水先排入港区,再外排黄海,污水在港池内滞留,恶化了港区水质,并造成湾西部水质质量下降。本文通过数值预测,给出了日照港二期工程以后各建设阶段工程对湾内海水物理自净能力的影响和水质恶化程度。

Abstract:After investigation and analysis of tidal current and COD in Shijiu. Bay,the ADI method based on two-dimensional nondinear tidal wave equations is used to simulate the space-time distribution of the tidal current and matter concentration fields there after the 1st Shijiu Harbour work is finished.Then the probable space-time variation of tidal current and matter concentration caused by the 2nd to 4th harbour works are forecasted.The results show that the 2nd to 4th harbour works will greatly change the water dynamics of Rizhao Harbour, that with the extension of the mole and breakwater, the current direction along their respective two sides, and the tidal current speed,will be changed,and that eddies will occur around them. This will make the COD concentration increase rapiddly along the coast of Shijiu, and water quality will worsen and not be up to the 3rd class seawater quality standard of our country.
