| Abstract: | With the rapid development of micro-electronic and photoelectron technologies,we are on the verge of a new computing paradigm.Mobile computing system based on personal digital assistant(PDA)products has been used widely.This paper introduces the high precision data of GPS technology and the excellent capability of PDA and the integration of these two technicques are used in the change survey of land using station.The technique and means of change survey of land using station based on mobile GIS is discussed,and the structure of the system is also designed. |
