| Abstract: | The theory and technology of ocean delimitation are discussed in this paper based on international pact and relational law items.The current status of our country′s marginal sea is also analyzed.The information system of management and application on marginal sea is brought forward.The project including construction of terrain ocean base point database and the information system of terrain ocean base point are designed and achieved. |
