| 摘 要： | 随着数字海洋基础框架的构建，我国海洋测绘发生了历史性的变革，进入了以数字式测量为主体、以计算机技术为支撑、以3S技术为代表的新阶段。以岸基、舰船、飞机和卫星为平台的立体测量框架及综合要素探测，已成为海洋测绘的主要模式。

| Abstract: | In pace with the generation of digital ocean infrastructure , historic changes have taken place in hydrographic surveying and charting in China. It opens a new stage for digital measurement as the subject ,computer technique an the support and 3S as the representation . The 3D hydrographic infrastructure and comprehensive feature detection are composed of and carried out by using coast radar stations ,vessels , planes and satellites. They are the main mode of hydrography surveying and charting . |
