摘    要:依据GPS现代化的新近发展,论述了用包括4个民用测距码的三个GPS导航定位信号,船舰只需用一台GPS信号接收机就可以实现精度为±3.66m的在航三维定位测量;同时阐述了用中国的CNSS系统、俄罗斯的GLONAASS系统和欧盟的Galileo系统的三个民用导航定位信号作定位测量,能够用其无电离层效应影响的站星距离,解算出精度为±1m左右的三维位置;而不必要花巨资去升级“中国沿海RBN—DGPS系统”。

Abstract:After GPS modernization, three GPS signals with four civil ranging coders can be used to survey three dimensional positions with the accuracy of ± 3.66m in anywhere and anytime which is requested to use only one GPS receiver for sailing ships and/or naval vessels. CNSS system of China, GLONASS and Galileo system with also provide with three navigation/positioning signals respectively. They can determine ionosphere -free distances from a receiver to the satellites. The distances can be used to solve for three dimensional positions with the accuracy of ± 1 m or so. From here we see that it is not necessary to update the coastal RBNDGPS System of China spending great cost.
