| 摘 要： | 渔业在我国农业发展中有着举足轻重的地位。进入21世纪，渔业产业结构调整和优化成为渔业生产的必然选择。从基础渔业——捕捞业和养殖业、水产品加工业、渔业资源和环境保护等方面，论证了我国渔业结构中存在的问题，并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Fishery occupies a decisive position in developing Chinese agriculture.After entering the 21st century, the adjustment and optimization of fishery constitution have become the inevitable option for fishery production. In this paper, the problems with Chinese fishery constitution in different aspects of fishing industry, aquacultural industry, aquatic product processing, fishery resources and environmental protection are expounded, and the measures for solving these problems are also proposed. |
