| Abstract: | The physical significance of rotary spectra is explained by using the decomposition model of vector stochastic processes. The definition of the degree of rectilinear oscillation is modified, and the formula for the relations among the degree of polarization, the degree of rectilinear oscillation and the rotary coefficient is derived. In addition, the relations of the above guontities to . the total coherence, the in phase coherence and the out of phase coherence is discussed. |
