| 摘 要： | 紫菜因其重要的经济价值和独特的生物学特性而颇具研究价值。近年来,紫菜遗传学研究随着分子生物学技术的进步得以迅速发展,本文从分子标记技术在紫菜遗传学中的应用以及紫菜基因组的研究两方面对紫菜的分子遗传学发展现状作一综述。

| Abstract: | Porphyra is one of the most important marine algae with respect to both its economic value and unique biological characters that make Porphyra a model plant for research.Recently,the genetic research on Porphyra has made much progresss with the development of molecular biotechnology.In this paper,the application of molecular genetic markers and researches on genome of Porphyra are reviewed. |
