| 摘 要： | 鉴定1株分离自中国对虾养殖水体的益生菌XE-7。进行了常规生理生化和细菌鉴定系统测试,结果表明,菌株XE-7与烟草节杆菌属(Arthrobacter)细菌的表型特征非常相似。为了进一步确定XE-7的分类学地位,测定了其16SrRNA基因序列,分析了相关细菌相应序列的同源性,构建了系统发生树。结果表明,菌株XE-7与烟草节杆菌(Arthrobacternicotianae)的亲缘关系最近。综合上述结果,菌株XE-7可鉴定为烟草节杆菌(A.nicotianae)。

| Abstract: | A probiotic bacterial strain XE-7 isolated from shrimp (Fenneropenaeus chinensis) culture water was classified and identified in this study. The traditional physiological and biochemical methods were applied in the bacterial classification. The results show that strain XE-7 was similar to the species of Arthrobacter in most of the phenotypes. To investigate the phylogenetic position of this probiotic bacterium, the 16S rRNA gene of XE-7 was sequenced and compared with that of the correlative strains. Molecular phylogenetic dendrogram was constructed based on genetic distance analysis, which revealed that strain XE-7 exhibited the highest levels of similarity to the Arthrobacter nicotianae. Based on the results obtained, the bacterial strain XE-7 was identified as Arthrobacter nicotianae. |
