| Abstract: | The Themiste dehamata (Kesteven) is re-described from the 6 complete specimens collected by the author in Xiaodeng Island, Xiamen, in 1984. There are three supplements for the species the: Firstly, the position of four fixing muscles is elaborated; Secondly, the anterior end of the spindle muscle is divided into two branches; Thirdly, the nephridial apertures are in front of the anus. This is the first record of the species from the Chinese waters. |
