| 摘 要： | 本文对中国对虾消化道和中肠腺的发生进行了研究。完整的中肠管形成于Ｎ３期，它是由幼虫腹面的内胚层板向背中线上卷合拢而形成。在Ｚ１期消化道完全贯通。至Ｍ１期，胃分化为贲门胃和幽门胃两部分，中肠前盲囊和中肠后盲囊也在此期出现，同时胃磨的雏形发生，但完整的胃磨形成于Ｐ期。另外，中肠腺始于Ｎ４－５期中肠前端突出的两对中肠腺盲囊。第一对中肠腺盲囊于Ｍ３期退化消失，而第二对中肠腺盲囊则发育为成体的中肠腺。中肠腺小管由４种不同类型的细胞（胚性细胞、吸收细胞、纤维细胞和泡状细胞）所组成

| Abstract: | Observations through TEM and histological sections show the genesis and development of the digestive system including the alimentary and the mid gut gland of Penaeus chinensis at larval stages. The complete mid gut forms at the third stage of nauplius, which is formed by the endodermal plate at the ventral part of the larva, involving towards the back to form the mid gut tube, the anterior gut and posterior gut are formed by the invaginating of stomodeum and proctodeum connecting with the mid gut at the first stage of zoea. At the first stage of mysis, there appears a constriction in the middle part of the stomach which leads to the formation of the cardiac and pyloric stomach; meanwhile, teeth of gastric mill occurs. The complete gasric mill forms at the post larval stage. The anterior mid gut caeca and the posterior mid gut caecum are formed by the mid gut protrusion at the first stage of mysis. During the development, two pairs of the mid gut gland diverticulum protrude from the mid gut at the fourth and fifth stages of nauplius. The distal one degenerates gradually and disappears at the third stage of mysis while the proximal one would develop into the mid out gland in adult. The finger like tubules of the mid gut gland are composed of four types of cells in the wall of tubules: the embryonic cell, resorptive cell, fibrillar cell, and blister cell. |
