| 摘 要： | 根据于渤海中部采油平台测得的数据，结合实验室的测量，提出一种深水风浪破碎发生率与风速和风区关系的经验公式，与现已发表的少量海上测量结果相比较，此式符合良好。利用此式较好地解释了风浪破碎起始风速问题。

| Abstract: | Breaking waves were observed in the central Bobal Sea. The breaking was detected with the critical surface slope calculated from capacitance-probe signals through the Hilbert Transform technique. The occurrence frequency of breaking waves are found dependent on not only the wind velocity but also the fetch. Based on the results and those observed previously in laboratory,all empirical formula relating the occurrence frequency of breaking waves with the wind speed and fetch are proposed. Finally,some problems associated with air-sea interaction are discussed. |
