| 摘 要： | 运用电镜技术在中国对虾淋巴组织培养细胞中发现了一种球形病毒。病毒 粒子存在于细胞核和细胞浆内，平均直径80～110nm左右，具有囊膜，核心具有较高的电子密 度。在细胞核及细胞浆内均形成圆形或椭圆形的病毒包涵体。感染病毒的培养细胞出现增长 缓慢或停止生长的现象，部分细胞坏死；电镜下可以观察到一系列细胞病理变化。

| Abstract: | A sphereovirus was found in the cultured lymphoid tiss ues of Penaeus chinensis by electron microscopy. The virions with envelope were 80～110nm in diameter. The center of the virions was of high electron densi ty. The virions and its inclusion bodies were observed in both nucleus and cyto plasm. The infected cells grew slowly or did not grow and some of them died. The cytopathological changes were observed using an electron microscope. |
