摘    要:耳石是头足类生态的重要信息载体,掌握其形态特征是渔业生物学研究的基础.根据2007年7~10月我国鱿钓船在西北太平洋海域连续采集的202尾柔鱼,对其耳石形态特征进行观察与测量.研究发现,柔鱼耳石具有宽大的翼区和长窄的吻区.对耳石9项形态参数进行主成分分析,结果显示,耳石总长(TSL)、吻区长(RL)、翼区长(WL)可以作为耳石长度特征的代表,吻区宽(RW)、翼区宽(WW)则可代表耳石宽度特征.耳石长度参数TSL、RL和WL与胴长存在显著的幂函数关系(P<0.05),而耳石宽度参数RW和WW与胴长之间则无显著函数关系(P>0.05).性成熟对耳石生长有一定的影响.性成熟等级为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期的个体,其TSL增长较快,而Ⅲ~Ⅳ期个体的TSL增长不明显.

Abstract:Statolith in the cephalopod is an important source of ecological information, and mastering the morphologic features of the statolith is fundamental to fisheries biology.
