TiO2/Cu2O复合光催化剂的制备及表征

摘    要:通过浸渍-还原法;在不同Cu2+/Ti4+摩尔比下制备TiO2/Cu2O复合光催化剂,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、紫外可见漫反射(UV-DRS)等手段对TiO2/Cu2O复合光催化剂进行了表征.在可见光照射下,研究TiO2/Cu2O复合光催化剂对水中难降解有机污染物甲基橙的光催化降解效果.结果表明,氙灯照射下,TiO2/Cu2O复合光催化剂与单纯的纳米TiO2 (P25)相比,光催化降解效果得到明显的提高.Cu2+/Ti4+摩尔比1∶2时制备的TiO/Cu2O复合光催化剂具有最好的光催化降解效果.

Abstract:TiO2/Cu2O composite photocatalysts with different molar ratios of Cu2+/Ti4+ were prepared by a simple "soak-deoxidize" method,and were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and UV vis diffuse reflection spectra.The photocatalytic activities of TiO2/Cu2O composite photocodalysts were evaluated by degradation of a basic organic dye,methyl orange(MO) in water under xenon lamp irradiation.The results show that the photocatalytic activities of TiO2/Cu2O composite photocatalysis have been obviously improved comparing with that of pure TiO2(P25).The TiO2/Cu2O composite photocatalyst(made by Cu2+/Ti4+ molar ratio of 1∶2) show the best photocatalytic efficiencies.
