L-半胱氨酸缩邻香草醛Co(Ⅱ)配合物的合成、表征及与DNA的作用研究

摘    要:制备了L-半胱氨酸缩邻香草醛配体C11H13NO4S,将其与Co(Ⅱ)作用合成了一种新型的配合物.通过元素分析、核磁共振、红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、摩尔电导率分析及TG-DTG等手段对合成的配合物进行了表征.双核配合物的组成为Co2(C11H12NO4S)2 (CH3COO)2],配体中的酚羟基的氧原子,氨基上的氮原子分别参与配位,羧基以双齿形式参与配位,Co(Ⅱ)的配位数为6.利用紫外-可见光谱,荧光发射光谱,离子强度改变,Fe(CN)6]4荧光猝灭及黏度测定等方法对Co(Ⅱ)配合物与小牛胸腺DNA(CT-DNA)的结合方式进行了研究.实验结果表明,Co(Ⅱ)配合物与CT-DNA的结合方式为插入结合.

Abstract:The synthesis of Co(Ⅱ) complex with ligand derived from L-cysteine and o-vanillin was reported.It was characterized by elemental analysis,1H NMR,IR spectrometry,UV-Vis spectrometry,molar conductance and TG-DTG.The composition of the dinuclear complex is Co2(C11H12NO4S)2(CH3COO)2].Each cobalt ion is six-coordinated with one oxygen atom and one nitrogen atom from ligand,two oxygen atoms from carboxylic acid of ligand and two oxygen atoms from carboxylic acid of Co(Ⅱ) ion.The interaction of the Co(Ⅱ) complex with calf-thymus DNA(CT-DNA) was investigated by UV-Vis spectrometry,fluorescence spectrometry,salt effect,Fe(CN)6]4-fluorescence quenching and viscosity measurement.The results show that the interaction of the Co(Ⅱ) complex with CT-DNA belongs to intercalation mode.
