| 摘 要： | 简要介绍中国全球变化的概况。作为支持全球变化研究的一个重要部门的国家科学基金委员会，已把国际地圈生物圈计划的核心计划之一的全球海洋生态系统动力学研究列为未来一个时期内优先资助领域之一，并拟在重大、重点、面上三个层次资助科学家开展研究工作。最后，阐述了发展海洋生态系统动力学的原则、战略目标和优先领域或范围。

| Abstract: | A brief outline of global change studies in China is given at the beginning of this paper. Among the many research fields related to global change, GLOBal ocean ECosystem dynamics (GLOBEC) is one of the priority funding projects from 1996 to 2005 in NSFC, which is a main funding agency to global change research in China. The first GLOBEC project in China, which started in 1997 and would last 4 years, is one of the major projects funded by NSFC. It is also an improtant part of Chinese National GLOBEC programs. The Division of Ocean Sciences of NSFC will support a number of new proposals about ocean ecosystem dynamics, especially in the China Sea area, at three levels of NSFC funding, i.e., major project, key project and general project. At the end of this paper, the consideration on the national develop principle, strategic goal and priority research fields and areas in ocean ecosystem dynamics are presented. |
