摘    要:本文以纤毛门腹毛亚纲内两个目(游仆目、腹毛目)之部分代表性阶元为例,介绍了该大类高度分化的原生动物在细胞分裂过程中皮膜、纤毛器、核器的发生、演化模式以及基本规律,这些工作涉及纤毛虫口器发生中表层与深层远生型等不同亚型类群在无性分裂中皮膜结构的分化模式与发生学,包括对各相关类群特殊发生型的介绍以及对作者等所揭示的部分新发现等内容的报道。文中同时对纤毛虫细胞发生学与系统学研究间的关系、意义、目前所存在的若干未明和热点问题以及发生学资讯与当今其它系统学研究方法的互补与拟和问题做了归纳性讨论和表述。

Abstract:Investigation on the morphogenesis or cell development of ciliated protozoa during the binary division is one of the most popular directions in the ciliated studies in the past decades, which presents many valuable data in the fields of evolution, differentiation and de-differentiation considering the cell structure or organelles. The present author as well as the colleagues in the Laboratory of Protozoology in the Ocean University of China have carried out series of studies in the past twenty years in the fields of sibling species outlining, cortical development and systematic analysis of these highly differentiated one-cell organisms, which concern more than 50 species within 3 classes (Polyhymenophora, Oligohymenophora and Kinetofragminophora) and 6 orders (Cyrtophorida, Hymenostomatida, Apostomatida, Oligotrichida, Hypotrichida and Euplotida). Within the two morphological groups (Euplotida and Hypotrichida), the current paper illustrates the general developing processes of the cortex, ciliature and nuclear apparatus during morphogenesis. Two basic patterns of stomatogenesis, the epi- and hypoapokinetal types, including some unusual or unique features in the formation of the oral primordium in the proter, the initial position of the FVT-anlagen,the way of the combination of the dorsal kineties, the origin and development of the marginal rows etc. Based on the data obtained, the significances of those characteristics revealed in the morphogenesis for the phylogenetic evaluation and systematic analysis are documented and estimated.
