鲬Platycephalus indicus(Linnaeus)的核型和Ag─NOR带研究

摘    要:采用PHA体内注射肾细胞直接法和银染法研究的核型及Ag-NOR带。提出的核型公式为2n=48,2m+8sm十2st+36t,NF=58。核型中第二对端部着丝点染色体(t染色体)为典型的具次缢痕染色体。银染结果显示次缢痕部位为银集核仁组织者区(Ag-Nu-cleolusorganizerregion,Ag-NORs),并表现出数目和结构多态性。此外,还讨论了的不同群体间核型的差异,认为不同群体间存在明显的多态性。

Abstract:The karyotype and Ag-NOR banding of Platycephalus indicus are examined from the renal tissue by the PHA injection-air drying method and the method of silver-staining. P. indicus has a diploid chromosome number of 48 and its karyotype formula is 2m 8sm 2st 36t, NF=58. The t2 chromosome pair in the karyotype are typical chromosomes with secondary constrictions. The results of silver-staining indicate that the regions of secondary constrictions are nucleolus organizer regions (Ag-NORs), and it is shown that there are quantitative and structural polymorphism of Ag-NORs in the species. The difference of karyotypes between the two populations of P. indicus is also discussed and it is believed that karyotype polymorphism exists in this species.
