| 摘 要： | 以染色体倍性鉴定方法检查合浦珠母贝Ｐｉｎｃｔａｄａｍａｒｔｅｎｓｉｉ三倍体处理组的４个不同发育生长期（即２—４细胞期、担轮幼虫期、６个月小苗及１４个月成员）的三倍体比例，并将同一处理组培育出的贝苗经倍性鉴定后将二倍体和三倍体分开，在海上吊养１周年，分别检查其死亡率，观察比较三倍体合浦珠母贝的死亡状况。结果表明，在胚胎发育期，三倍体和二倍体的死亡率差异不大；在直线铰合期至变态附着成为贝苗这段时期，三倍体死亡率明显高于二倍体；成贝的三倍体和二倍体死亡率没有显著差异。

| Abstract: | he proportion of triploidy on the four different development stages of two-to-fourscells, trochophore, six-months-juvenile and fourteen-months-adult in a treated group of pearl oyster, Pinctada martensii (D. ), was detected by means of chromosome counts.And the diploid and triploid juveniles of the same treated group were separated after ploidy detection and their mortalities were compared during one year's culture. No significant difference was found for mortality between diploid and triploid during the stages of embryo and adult, whereas mortality was significantly higher for the triploid, from straight-hinge stage to juvenile. |
