广东茂名大放鸡海区文昌鱼分布与底质关系

摘    要:利用2003年8月至2004年5月南海大放鸡岛周围水域4个季度采集的文昌鱼Brarchiostoma belcheni和砂样,对文昌鱼进行生物学测定和对干燥后的砂样用12、24、50、100、200和300目等6种筛眼的网筛分选,取得不同粒径砂粒的百分比数据,以砂样数据分别与文昌鱼的平均生物量和资源密度数据配对聚类,发现砂粒粒径为0.36—0.78mm的分布与文昌鱼分布最为密切,且无季节性差别;采用SPSS10.0进行相关性检验表明砂粒粒径为0.36—0.78mm的砂粒百分比与文昌鱼分布相关性高度显著。曼-惠特尼U检验表明砂粒粒径为0.36—0.78mm百分比>50%时文昌鱼密度显著高于粒径百分比≤50%时文昌鱼密度;文昌鱼资源密度和平均生物量分别与砂粒粒径为0.36—0.78mm的砂粒百分比等值线进行叠图分析发现,文昌鱼的季节性移动与砂粒百分比等值线的移动基本一致;利用文昌鱼的资源密度与砂粒粒径为0.36—0.78mm砂样的百分比进行曲线拟合分别得到幂函数曲线、混合曲线、等比级数曲线、指数曲线等4个回归方程,回归相关检验均高度显著,但以混合曲线、等比级数曲线和指数曲线拟合度最好,误差概率最低。

Abstract:The biological parameters of Branchiostoma belcheni in the waters around the Dafangji Island in the South China Sea were measured and sand samples from the bottom sediments were obtained during the survey from Aug. 2003 to May 2004. Sand samples were dried and filtered by sieves in 12, 24, 50, 100, 200, and 300 meshes, respectively. Sand percentages of different granularity were calculated and matched with the average biomass and resource density of Branchiostoma belcheni. The hierarchical clustering of these data showed that the distribution of t3ranchiostoma belcheni was most closely related to sand percentage in granularity of 0.36--0. 78ram without seasonal difference, and there was a significant correlation between them. Mann-Whitney test further demonstrated that the density of t3ranchiostoma belcheni with bottom sediments in 0.36 0.78ram granularity over 50% was dramatically greater than that below 50%. Superposition of the resource density and average biomass of Branchiostoma belcheni and the percentage contour of granularity in 0. 36--0. 78ram indicated that the seasonal movement of Branchiostoma belcheni was basically consistent with percentage contour of granularity in 0. 36--0. 78ram. Curve estimation was conducted using the resource density of t3ranchiostoma belcheni and the sand granularity in 0.36--0.78ram, and power, compound, growth and exponential equations were obtained, with significant correlations. Among of them, compound, growth and exponential equations fitted well, with low errors. All statistical work was conducted by SPSS10.0.
