| 摘 要： | 青蛤Cyclina sinensis采自福建漳浦佛昙湾。依据青蛤生殖细胞的发育规律,把生殖腺发育过程分为五期:增殖期、生长期、成熟期、排放期和休止期。青蛤怀卵量与个体体积存在线性关系:F=0.6046 0.1266V。根据青蛤肥满度、生殖腺指数和性成熟率等指标的周年变化规律,并结合性腺组织切片观察结果,认为青蛤繁殖期在9—12月,其中9月下旬至10月中旬为繁殖盛期。文中还就水温与青蛤繁殖期的关系进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The reproductive cycle Cyclina sinensis in Futan Bay, Fujian .is studied. The development of gonad can be divided into five stages as follows by the cytological characteristics of the developing sexual cell. ( 1 ).proliferation stage, ( 2 ). growth stage, ( 3 ). maturation stage, ( 4 ). spawning stage,(5). spent stage. The linear relation between amount of egg and relative volume is as follows.F=0.6046 0.1266F. By observing the seasonal changes of the condition Index, the gonad index and R value, and in combination with the results of histological studies on the development of gonad, it is considered that the spawning period of Cyclina sinensis is in September to December. The peak period of spawning starts from late September to mid October. In addition, the relation between water temperature and spawning period of Cyclina sinensis are discussed. |
