细基江蓠脂肪酸组成研究

摘    要:研究表明,南海细基江蓠Gracilaria tenuistipitata中主要含有C_9—C_(30)一元饱和脂肪酸,其中n-十六酸含量占脂肪酸组分的40%以上。单烯和二烯酸的含量较低,缺乏多烯酸及前列腺素类化合物。此外,还含有少量二元酸类、4-及5-羰基羧酸,其中后两者是首次在红藻中发现。南海细基江蓠的脂肪酸组成特征与南海海域水质较清、光照充足及水温较高等环境因素有关。

Abstract:The fatty acid composition of Gracilaria tenuistipitata collected from Shanwei, Guangdong Province, China was studied by means of GC-MS-DS. 61 compounds were i-dentified , including C9-C30 normal fatty acids, C12-C21 even numbered mono- and dienic fatty acids, C6-C13 dicarboxylic acids and a small amount of branched carboxylic acids. Three new compounds were detected and identified as 4-carbonylnonanoid acid, 4-car-bonylhexadecanoid acid and 5-carbonylhexadecanoid acid based on their GC-MS data. Polyenic fatty acids and their metabolites such as prostaglandins were not found in this alga.The compositional characteristics of fatty acid in this alga was assumed to be affected by the environmental factors such as relatively high sea water temperature and intense illumination in this area.
