摘    要:根据2000年4月-2001年4月的监测资料,采用Justic等建立的评估海水营养盐化学计量的限制标准,讨论了三亚湾氮磷发布及基对浮游植物生长限制的出现率。结果表明,该湾复、秋季由N限制转变为入冬后由P限制,Si的限制可能性很小。取原海水添加营养盐(不同比值)进行室内藻类培养,试验结果与分析观测资料得出的结论基本一致。

Abstract:According to the monthly data collected from April 2000 to April 2001,the distribution of N/P ratio and its limitation to the growth of phytoplankton in the Sanya Bay are discussed adopting the standard which was founded to assess the stoichiometric limitations of nutrients (Justic, et al .,1995). The changes of relative frequency reveal that the growth of phytoplankton in the Sanya Bay is governed by nitrogen in summer and autumn and by phosphate in winter and spring, whereas the possibility of limitation by silicate is very little. The result of phytoplankton culture in laboratory by adding nutrients into original seawater is basically coincident with the result by analyzing the in situ investigation data.
