渤海油田氮气泡沫段塞调驱研究与应用

摘    要:结合渤海油田开采现状及海上作业条件要求,提出了氮气泡沫段塞调驱措施实现对老油田的挖潜控水。氮气泡沫段塞驱油实验结果表明,在总注入量相同条件下,段塞式注入泡沫好于连续注入方式,且3个泡沫段塞好于2个泡沫段塞的调驱效果,其中"连续注入泡沫"方案相比水驱提高采收率为19.7%,"2个泡沫段塞"方案提高23.5%,"3个泡沫段塞"方案提高31.7%;矿场应用表明,泡沫段塞式注入可以取得很好的降水增油效率,实验井组共计13口油井,其中12口逐步见效,见效率高达92.3%,平均日增油50 m3左右,累增油14 703 m3,展现了氮气泡沫段塞调驱的技术应用潜力。

Research andApplication of Nitrogen Foam Slug Flooding in Bohai Oilfield

Abstract:Based on the production conditions and operation requirements of Bohai Oilfield,nitrogen foam slug flooding was proposed for water control in high water cut oilfield.The experiment results indicated that,if total injection volume is the same,the oil recovery in the foam injection process or following water flooding showed an increasing trend with the decrease of foam slug and increase of injection rounds.The oil recovery of foam continuous injection,2 foam slugs injection,and 3 foam slugs injection was increased by 19.7%,23.5% and 31.7% respectively than that of water flooding.From the application in Bohai Oilfield,the nitrogen foam slug flooding showed obvious water shut-off and oil increment effects,and 12 wells of the 13 production wells in the experimental well group showed positive effects.The total daily oil increment was about 50 m3and the cumulative oil increment was about 14 703 m3.
