孤岛油田污水深度处理技术研究

摘    要:根据孤岛油田污水的现状及污水处理面临的主要问题,提出了利用气浮和"双膜"法处理油田污水进行配聚再利用的工艺,通过现场试验分析研究了处理前后3种水的水质指标,对比了配制的聚合物溶液的初始黏度和稳定性,结果表明,采油污水经该工艺处理后完全可以替代清水配制聚合物母液,具有较好的经济及社会效益。

Sewage treatment study in Gudao Oilfieid

Abstract:Current situation of sewage water treatment and the main difficulties in the process was introduced and the method of flotation and " Double Membrane" were proposed. Through on-site experiment, water quality of 3 kind of water was studied before and after treatment and initial viscosity and stabiliy of prepared polymer solution was compared. It's showed that sewage after treatment can substiute clean water in the preparation of polymer mother liquor, and it has better economic and social benefits.
