| 摘 要： | 根据广西海岸滩涂开发利用现状以及开发与保护需求,将滩涂资源分为已开发利用滩涂、规划开发利用滩涂、严格保护滩涂和潜在可开发利用滩涂4类,通过2016年遥感影像分析识别,广西海岸滩涂资源总面积为98 013hm2,其中已开发利用滩涂(渔业、旅游及所有建设用地)面积为25 211hm2,占滩涂总面积的25.72%;规划开发利用滩涂(港口、工业、城市规划)面积9 412hm2,占滩涂总面积的9.6%;严格保护滩涂(滩涂海洋生态红线区)面积23 538hm2,占滩涂总面积的24.02%。基于此,分析出潜在可开发利用滩涂共39 852hm2,占滩涂总面积的41%,并提出滩涂可持续开发利用建议。

| Abstract: | According to the current situation of Guangxi coastal tidal flats development and the development and protection needs,the coastal tidal flats resources were divided into four types: developed tidal flat,planning developing tidal flat,strict protection tidal flats,and potential developing tidal flat.By identifying the first three types one by one,the potential developing tidal flat had been explored,and suggestion about sustainable developing tidal flats was put forward.According to the interpretation of remote sensing images in 2016,the total area of Guangxi coastal tidal flat resources was 98 013 hm2,in which 25 211 hm2 had been developed (for fishery,tourism and all construction land),accounting for 25.72% of the total;planning developing area (for port,Industrial and urban planning) of 9 412 hm2,accounting for 9.6%;strict protection area (in marine ecological red line area) of 23 538 hm2,accounting for 24.02%.Base on this,a total of 39 852 hm2 of potential developing tidal flat was explored,accounting for 41%,but the offshore tidal flat accounting for 2/3,making the overall value of tidal flat development lower. |
