摘    要:为提高我国海洋工程项目用海的管理水平,进一步完善现有相关规范,文章分别以浮标、浮式生产储卸装置、浮式风力机和线形悬浮结构物为例,探讨系泊式海洋工程设施的用海范围界定。研究结果表明:科学合理地界定系泊式海洋工程设施的用海范围,须综合考虑结构物本身特点及其所在环境等因素,注重设置适当的安全距离,并简明标示相关结构物的垂向用海范围。

Abstract:In order to improve the management level of the use of sea in marine engineering in our country and further improve the existing relevant norms,this paper took buoys,floating production,and storage devices,floating wind turbines and linear suspension structures as examples to discuss the definition of the sea use scope of mooring marine engineering facilities.The results showed that the scientific and reasonable definition of the used sea area of mooring marine engineering facilities should take into account the characteristics of the structure itself and its environment,pay attention to setting appropriate safety distance,and simply indicate the vertical sea area scope of the relevant structures.
