摘    要:在对海域承载力理论与方法研究的基础上,借鉴有关承载力研究的成果,依据近几年辽宁海域开发现状,采用状态空间法对辽宁海域承载力及承载状况进行量化。研究结果表明目前辽宁海域承载力处于超载状态,但是承载状况总体趋于好转。本文还对其今后变化的趋势进行了预测,探讨了提高辽宁海域承载力的途径与对策。

Abstract:It is an important content of solving population, resource, and environmental coordinated development to research the carrying capacity. At present the research on carrying capacity mainly concentrates on the carrying capacity of population and economy, such as, the water resource carrying capacity, the land resource carrying capacity, the environmental carrying capacity, regional carrying capacity etc. But there are few researches on the carrying capacity of marine resources and environment, especially the quantification of carrying capacity of marine region. On the basis of the theories and methods research on the carrying capacity of marine region, drawing lessons from the research results of the carrying capacity, by the way of the state space, this paper has quantified the carrying capacity of marine region of Liaoning. The research results have shown that the carrying capacity of marine region of Liaoning is in the state of overloading at present. But the carrying capacity of marine region of Liaoning is taking a turn for the better. And this paper has also predicted the variation tendency in the future and discussed the way of improving the carrying capacity of marine region.
