| 摘 要： | 海洋生态文明作为生态文明建设的一部分,是全面落实"五位一体"总体布局的重要着眼点。本文全面梳理比较了国内海洋生态文明建设的理论研究进展与实践探索,从概念内涵、应用领域、评价指标、示范区建设、实践经验五个方面梳理了现有研究,并采用重要性指数对现有研究中海洋生态文明评价指标的重要性程度进行排序,结合前期研究成果及当前形势,构建了海洋生态文明评价指标体系,并探讨了今后的研究方向。

| Abstract: | As a part of the construction of ecological civilization, marine ecological civilization is an important focus to implement the "Five in One" overall layout. The paper comprehensively compares the theoretical research progress and practical exploration of domestic marine ecological civilization construction, and analyzes the definition of connotation, application field, evaluation method and construction mechanism of marine ecological civilization in existing studies. The importance index is used to sort out the importance of the indicators evaluating the marine ecological civilization in the existing studies. Based on the previous research results and the current situation, the evaluation index system of marine ecological civilization is proposed, and the future research directions are discussed. |
