| 摘 要： | 为了客观、真实地反映潮汐的运行规律，要求运行在实时观测潮位网络平台上的结果必须是动态生成的。本文介绍了利用Java语言生成动态实时和预报潮位的网络平台的过程和采用的技术方法，列出了天津沿海实时潮位监测系统运行的实际效果。

| Abstract: | It is required that the web pages of the tide data observed in real-time and predicted on the web be produced with time. In the paper the procedure and the technical methods for developing web pages on the tide data observed and predicted with time in the web are described. The real effect of the system of observed tide data with time along the Tianjin coast is shown. |
