渤海海冰面积信息提取系统的建立及其应用研究

摘    要:在回顾海冰监测研究进展及其存在问题的基础上,提出基于卫星遥感资料获取海冰面积的重要性,以第四代可视化计算机语言IDL和MapBasic语言为工具研制并开发了海冰面积信息提取监测系统.整个系统由解译系统和统计分析系统两部分组成.利用1996-2005年渤海NOAA/AVHRR数据和MODIS数据,在该系统的支持下进行了海冰面积信息的提取实例,得到渤海海冰面积解译图和面积数值统计表,结果表明:1996年至2005年,渤海海冰面积(相对最大面积)的变化范围为6 173.34~36 928.00 km2,其中1999年海冰面积最小,2001年海冰面积最大.该系统可为海冰资源的开发利用及海冰监测等工作提供帮助.

Abstract:Based on the review of research progress of monitoring sea-ice and its shortcomings, obtaining sea-ice area by extraction of remote sensing data being very essential work was pointed out in this paper. This paper researched and developed an information extraction system about sea-ice area with the fourth generation visible computer language IDL and MapBasic. The system includes interpretation system and statistical analysis system. On the basis of this system, we extracted the information of sea-ice area using NOAA/AVHRR and MODIS during 1996-2005, gained its interpretation map and data table of sea-ice area in the Bohai Sea. The following conclusion is reached: From 1996 to 2005, the sea-ice area ( relative maximum ) varied from 6 173.34 km2 to 36 928.00 km2, minimal in 1999 and maximal in 2001. This system is beneficial to the exploitation of sea-ice resources and the monitoring of sea-ice change in the Bohai Sea.
