| 摘 要： | 海水淡化和海水直接利用将是解决沿海城市水紧缺的战略选择和根本措施。针对青岛市水资源严重贫乏的现状,根据国内外海水利用发展现状及青岛市自身优势条件,提出了青岛市海水利用产业发展的设想及对策。

| Abstract: | Seawater desalination and direct use is a strategic option and fundamental measure for solving the freshwater shortage in coastal cities. In the light of the serious shortage of fresh water in the Qingdao city , as well as the development status of seawater use abroad and at home and the superiorities of Qingdao itself in this field, the paper puts forward the ideas and measures for developing the seawater utilization industries in Qingdao. |
