| Abstract: | :Based on the experiences from practice, this paper expounds and discusses some major issues on ICM, such as status, law, science and talents with respect to ICM. Furthermore, some strategies are brought forward, to enhance the consciousness of integrated management, construct the legal framework, unify the definition and standard, and strengthen training of managers, so as to provide reference and suggestions for the imlementation of ICM. |
