海底热液多金属矿床的研究现况

摘    要:海底扩张中心的热液矿化作用是国际地球科学研究中最为活跃的领域之一。本文介绍了:1.热液多金属矿床调查的历史沿革;2.九十年代热液多金属矿床的海上调查方法;3.海底热液矿床的赋存条件;4.海底热液矿化作用过程;5.高强度热液活动与地质构造事件;6.热液矿体形状和流体动力学。作者认为,在我国开展太平洋多金属结核资源调查的同时,应对热液矿床的研究给予足够的重视。

Abstract:Studies of submarine hydrothermal deposits indicate that the deposits not only form intermittently along the world's Mid-Ocean Ridge system, but also occur in association with submarine volcanism in some island arcs. These deposits have received a great deal of attention. Therefore, hydrothermal mineralization at sea floor spreading centers is one of the most active subjects in the international geoscience. From July to August of 1990, the author had the opportunity of attending the hydrothermal mineral occurrence investigation in the Mariana back-arc basin organized by German-Amercian cooperation ("Sonne"69 cruise). This paper has described; (1) historical development of hydrothermal polymetallic ore deposit investigations; (2) sea floor exploration methods in the 90's; (3) the occurrence of these deposits; (4) sea floor hydrothermal mineralizat-ion; (5) high-intensity hydrothermal activity and geologic events and (6) shape of deposits and fluid dynamics. The author suggests that great attention should be paid to hydrothermal deposits in carrying out a survey for polymetallic nodule resources in the Pacific.
