| Abstract: | Process of the surface system of the land-ocean transitional zone as well as development of the environmental resources is closely related with the living of the human beings.The re-combination of studies on natural changes in global climate and sea level and on frequent global earthquakes and volcanic activities with the international maritime benefits,will promote the new development of coastal ocean sciences. |
