摘    要:本文根据台西南盆地的地质、地球物理资料,对台西南盆地的地壳结构、基底特征、沉积厚度、断裂构造等基本地质构造特征^[1]作了研究,探讨了台西南盆地的构造发展演化及及油气藏组合。认为该盆地的构造演化为幕式拉张。幕式拉张可分为三大张裂幕,相应的热沉降作用使盆地在不同的张裂幕时期发展为断陷,裂陷,裂拗-拗陷。它们分别与板块作用下的区域构造运动阶段相对应,说明区域构造运动不但控制了盆地的发展演化,同时也制约

Abstract:This Paper mainly studies the features of the tectonic evolution,sedimentation andoil-gas accumulation in the Southwest Taiwai Basin,according to comprehensive geologi-cal and geophysical data combined with the regional tectonic background of crust andbasement structure.Three rifting episodes and a cold trap stage in the basin have beenrecognized.The first rifting episode was in the Late Mesozoic(J-K)before Taipingorogeny and considered as a fault-controlled subsidence. The second took place duringPaleocene-Middle Oligocene(E_1-E)before Puli mountain,building movement and be-longed to fault sag stage,the third occurred as a depressive sag during Late Oligocene-Miocene(E-N) before the Taiwan Coast Range orogeny. After Miocene,the basin beganits cold subsidence. The subsequent tectonic evolutions and regional sea level changes re-sulted in different sedimentary systems and sequences,Based on the correlation with thePearl(Zhujiang)River Mouth Basin and the East China Sea Basin,it is known that thereis natural gas accumulation in the Mesozoic sediments and oil in the Cenozoic,with espe-cially good accumulation in Cretaceous to Middle Miocene section,The tectonic evolutionof the Southwest Taiwan Basin is mainly related to the rifting extension along the conti-nental margin of the northern South China Sea and sea-floor spreading of the South Chi-na Sea Basin, while Pacific-Philippine-Plate-motion-induced geodynamics and geochem-istry of thermal systems have important effects on the tectonic evolution and oil-gas ac-cumulations in the Southwest Taiwan Basin.
