| 摘 要： | 报道了红鳍笛鲷(Lutjanus erythopterus)外周血细胞的显微结构,血涂片经过Wright染色液染色,可区分出:红血细胞、血栓细胞、嗜中性粒细胞、单核细胞、淋巴细胞等5种血细胞,无嗜碱性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞。白血细胞中:血栓细胞体积最小,单核细胞体积最大;血栓细胞数目最多,嗜中性粒细胞和单核细胞数目最少;淋巴细胞有大中小3种类型:大淋巴细胞、中淋巴细胞和小淋巴细胞。此外,在外周血液中还观察到少量幼稚的红细胞,偶而可见正在分裂的红细胞,提示红细胞也可在外周血直接分裂。

| Abstract: | The peripheral blood cells of the Lutjanus erythopterus are morphologically described.On the stained smears,five major types of cells were recognized :erythrocyte,thrombocyte,neutrophil,monocyte and lymphocyte,while eosinophil and basophil are not found in blood smears.Among these leucocytes,thrombocyte is the smallest,while monocyte the biggest;and monocyte and neutrophil are the least encountered leucocyte,while thrombocyte the most abundant;lymphocytes are divided into three types: the small lymphocyte,middle lymphocyte and large lymphocyte.In addition,immature erythrocytes are presented in small numbers.The division of erythrocytes in the blood indicates that peripheral erythrocytes may develop directly in the circulation. |
