耐海水腐蚀10CrMoAl低合金钢的研究

摘    要:由于海水对金属的腐蚀性,对海水输水管道及各种海水冷却器的使用造成严重威胁,极需研制一种成本低、生产工艺简单而又耐海水腐蚀的低合金钢。达方面研究国外已有报道。他们研制的低合金钢是以铬为主添加合金元素的铬-铝和铬-钼型钢,含铬量约在2%以上。这类钢在海水中耐蚀性一般为碳钢


THE RESISTANCE OF 10CrMoAl LOW-ALLOY STEEL TO SEA WATER CORROSION
Abstract:The corrosion resistance of a low-alloy steel containing about one percent chromiun has been studied. Immersion tests show that the Cr-Mo-Al type low-alloy steel has very satisfactory corrosion resistance property and good stability in sea water. In comparison with A3 carbon steel its weight loss of corrosion in seawater is about half that of the former, and its corrosion resistance is about the same with that of Cr-Mo and Cu-Cr-Al low-alloy steels containing about 2% Cr.
