| 摘 要： | 利用光镜对南美白对虾(Penaeus vannamei)消化系统进行组织学和组织化学研究。结果表明：消化系统由消化道和肝胰腺组成。食道肌层最发达,肌肉中富含蛋白质和脂类;胃内几丁质特化成胃磨和腺滤器;中肠上皮细胞游离面具发达的微绒毛,前、后盲囊上皮细胞有柱状和杯状两种形态;食道和后肠中分布有大量粘液腺。肝胰腺由发达的肝小管组成,肝小管管壁细胞有4种类型,即：R—细胞、B—细胞、F—细胞和E—细胞。还初步探讨了消化系统组织结构与功能的关系。

| Abstract: | The digestive system of Penaeus vannamei Boone was studied with light microscopy in this paper.The findings showed that the digestive system consisted of the digestive tract and hepatopancreas.The muscles which have a lot of protein and fat very developped in esophagus;The cuticle in stomach evolved into the gastric mill and the gland filter;The free side of the epithelium cells of midgut was covered with abundant microvilli,and there were two types of cells in the epithelium of anterior and posterior midgut cecum;a lot of tegumenal glands distributed in esophagus and hindgut.Functional and structural unit of hepatopancreas was small duct of hepar.According to morpha and function of these cells,they could be divided into four types:R cell,B cell,F cell and E cell.We also made primary studies on the relation between the tissue organization and the function of the digestive system in this paper. |
