| 摘 要： | 对采自浙江温岭的彩虹明樱(Moerella iridescens)养殖群体的DNA提取和RAPD扩增条件进行了研究.从38种随机引物中筛选到重复性好的6种引物分别对11个个体的DNA进行扩增,共产生247个DNA条带(300～1 600 bp),总共检测到43个位点,其中多态位点32个,多态位点比例为74.42%.11个个体间的遗传相似系数在0.553～0.884之间,平均为0.691,个体间的平均遗传距离为0.309.表明该群体的遗传多样性比较丰富,种质资源处于良好状态.

| Abstract: | Studies of DNA extraction and RAPD(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA) analysis were performed on the cultured population of Moerella iridescens in Wenling,Zhejiang Province.Among 11 individuals,six screened from thirty-eight primers,which were reproducible,amplified a total of 247 fragments ranging from 300 bp to 1 600 bp.43 loci were detected and the polymorphic loci(P) were 74.42%.Genetic similarity index(S) among individuals were 0.691 and the average genetic distance(D) were 0.309.The result indicates th... |
