| 摘 要： | 以雄性昆明种小鼠为实验对象，在接种瘤株之前ｄ，放疗实验组以及扇贝硒蛋白（Ｓｅｌｅｎｉｕｍ－ＰｒｏｔｅｉｎｏｆＣｈｌａｍｙｓｆａｒｒｅｒｉ（ＳＰＣＦ）胃饲，接种Ｓ１８０瘤株后，继续胃饲，连续２２ｄ，结果表明，扇贝硒蛋白使肿瘤生长减缓，并使荷瘤鼠因放疗而下降的ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ（Ｇｌｕｔａｔｈｉｏｎｅｐｅｒｏｘｉｄａｓｅ），ＳＯＤ（Ｓｕｐｅｒｏｘｉｄｅｄｉｓｍｎｔｕｓｅ）ＣＡＴ酶活性增强，ＬＰＯ（Ｌｉｐｉｄ

| Abstract: | Rats S180-bearing were fed with SPCF (Selenium-Protein of Chlamys farreri)for twenty-two successive days. The results showed that tumor--boring decreased the glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutuse (SOD) activity and increased the lipid peroxidation (LPO) level in the liver and blood of fumor-bearing rats, while it increased GSH-Px and SOD activities and decreased LPO level. The results suggest that the alleviation radiotherapy side effect of SPCF may be releated to enhancing antioxidation ability. |
