摘    要:以雄性昆明种小鼠为实验对象,在接种瘤株之前d,放疗实验组以及扇贝硒蛋白(Selenium-ProteinofChlamysfarreri(SPCF)胃饲,接种S180瘤株后,继续胃饲,连续22d,结果表明,扇贝硒蛋白使肿瘤生长减缓,并使荷瘤鼠因放疗而下降的GSH-Px(Glutathioneperoxidase),SOD(Superoxidedismntuse)CAT酶活性增强,LPO(Lipid

Abstract:Rats S180-bearing were fed with SPCF (Selenium-Protein of Chlamys farreri)for twenty-two successive days. The results showed that tumor--boring decreased the glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutuse (SOD) activity and increased the lipid peroxidation (LPO) level in the liver and blood of fumor-bearing rats, while it increased GSH-Px and SOD activities and decreased LPO level. The results suggest that the alleviation radiotherapy side effect of SPCF may be releated to enhancing antioxidation ability.
