中华乌塘鳢仔稚鱼的摄食习性与食物选择

摘    要:本文在实验培养条件下,对中华鸟塘鳢仔稚鱼的食性进行了初步的研究6文中采用线性指标:Li=ri—Pi分析仔稚鱼对轮虫、卤虫和桡足类这3种饵料的选择性。结果表明,在东同的发育阶段对不同的饵料有明显的选择性。本文同时对仔稚鱼的开口时间、日摄食量、消化吸收率、口器效应等作了初步的研究。

Abstract:This paper deals with the feeding habits of Bostrichthys sinensis larvae and juveniles under laboratory rearing conditions.Food selectivity of the larvae and juveniles on rotifers, Anemia salina nauplii arid co-pepods is analysed by means of linear index Li =Ri-Pi.The results indicate that there is obvious selectivity of larvae and juveniles. Larvae show random feeding on the three prey during the initial 3-6d, switched to feeding on A. salina nauplii thereafter.The setting on prey of larvae is on the 4th or. 5th days after being hatched. The daily rations of larvae about 8 mm and juveniles about 14 mm are 111 ind. and 488 ind. of A. salina nauplii, respectively. The digestion and absorption rate of juveniles to A. salina nauplii in dry weight is about 82.8%. The linear relations of the mouth width and maximum mouth gape to total length are as follows:Y1 = 0.119X-0.079 (X:total length, Y1: mouth width, mm)Y2 = 0.085X + 0.047 (X:total length, Y2:maximum mouth gape, mm)
