| 摘 要： | 论述了海洋调查资料信息管理系统标准规范、应用软件、数据库建设及关键技术,采用组件式技术、SSH框架与ArcGIS server服务平台,结合开发的海洋资料信息管理系统,可以实现海量海洋资料的数字化、信息化管理.该系统在不断发展完善的同时,将逐步向海洋科技界推广应用,推进数据共享,为科研服务.

| Abstract: | This article elaborates the standard, application software, database construction and key technology of information Administrative System for Ocean data. Using component technology, SSH framework and ArcGIS server service platform, the Administrative System realizes digital and information management for mass Ocean data. The system will be endlessly improved, shared and service the relative scientific communities. |
